A positive energy floats in and around us as we join our hands and bows our head to that all loving, ever forgiving almighty. Prayer changes everything as it releases God's wisdom into our circumstances, and so it did on the 18th of April 2018 as the day started with an inter-religious prayer service. Each and every member of St. Xavier’s family gathered together to thank god for the year gone and prayed that the new session would be productive and successful. Promoting the feeling of universal brotherhood, the teachers read inspiring extracts from The Bhagwat Geeta, The Holy Quran, Guru Granth Saheb and the Holy Bible respectively, which established the fact that each and every religion talks about one God almighty. The students read beautiful quotations which was followed by the soulful song, sung by the school choir. The Programme concluded with the “Shower of Blessings” by Reverened Fr. Jose Elampassery, SJ, Rector SXHS. Fr Christu Savariranjan, SJ, Principal, SXHS thanked one and all for the active participation. The assembly dispersed with positive feeling of oneness and universal brotherhood.
