Description: Annual Concert of Primary Students,
St. Xavier’s High School, Patna.
23rd of November, 2019 marked a new chapter in the history of St. Xavier’s High School, Patna, celebrating its Annual Concert of Primary Students. The grand occasion was graced by two of our illustrious alumni, Justice Vikash Jain, Patna High Court, as the Chief guest and Mr.Abhyanand, former DGP, Bihar, as Special guest. It was a mega event conducted successfully under the guidance of the Principal, Fr. A. Christu Savarirajan, S.J., Vice- Principal, Fr. Devashish Prasad, S.J. and the coordinator of Primary wing, Sister Phyllis PBVM. The programme started with the welcome song, followed by prayer dance. The English skit, ‘Dare to dream and Dare to win’ presented the message that the young minds be let free to dream and follow their dreams to achieve even unattainable goals.
The enaction of the Hindi skit,’ Choti si aasha’ spread the message that the parents should give their valuable time to their children, showing their care and concern so that the children grow to their full potential. The best students of the academic year, 2018-19 were awarded. The culmination of the grand show was marked by the Grand Finale and the National Anthem. Almost 900 pupils took part and performed on the stage. The strenuous effort put up by the teachers and students of Primary Section was highly lauded by all.
The whole atmosphere was charged with joy and celebration which will be recollected with pride by the students when they trace their path down the memory lane.
