MORNING PRAYER
Dear God, be with me all through today,
to help me to live as I ought to live
Be with me in my lessons,
So that I may never give up any task/, no matter how hard
and difficult it is until I have mastered it,
so that I will not allow anything to beat me.
Be with me in my games,
So that, whether I win or lose I may play fair/and so that
if I win I may not boast/, and if I lose I may not make excuses.
Be with me in my enjoyment,
So that I may never find pleasure in anything
that I would afterward regret/, or in anything
that I would not like you or my parents
and teachers to see me do.
Be with me in my home,
So that I may be kind and considerate/, and that I may
try to make the work of others easier and not hard.
Be with me in the street,
So that I may be a credit to my school/, to my uniform/,
and to those who love me/ and to my self
Help me to be the kind of student you want me to be.
Our Father who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Heavenly Father,
We thank you for our families,
and for all the blessings you have showered
on each of our families.
We thank you for our parents, brothers and sisters.
Teach us to love each other in a way
that leads to growth, happiness, and joy.
Bless each member with this love.
And may we always remember that love is
patient, kind, and selfless
God, our Father,
You give us daily what we require
Teach us to be generous towards others,
by sharing with them what we possess
Let us notice the needs of others,
especially of those who are unable to ask
Give us a humble heart/,
that is eager to love without expecting
any reward in return/,
so that all of us may live in
love and constant joy.
God, our Father
bless our dear and beautiful country
Make it prosperous.
Bless all its people and give light
and wisdom to all our leaders,
especially our President, Prime Minister, and Chief
Minister,
May they lead the country
along the path of justice and righteousness.
Let your love abide in the hearts
of all its citizens, and may we live
in peace and harmony.

प्रीत में प्रतिमा तुम्हारी, निरहूँ प्रभु ये कामना ।।

पद्ध स्वर ये तेरे शब्द तेरे, प्राण के हर तार तेरे,
तुम बनो प्रभु सबके प्रियतम, मन की है ये कामना ।।
हमको मन की शक्ति देना, मन विजय करें,
दूसरों की जय से पहले, खुद की जय करें ।।
पद्ध भेदभाव अपने दिल से, साफ कर सकें,
दोस्तों से भूल हों, तो माफ कर सकें,
झूठ से बचे रहें, सच का दम भरें ।।
पपद्ध मुश्किलें पड़ें तो हम पर, इतना करम कर,
साथ दें तो धर्म का, चलें तो धर्म पर,
वंदना के इन स्वरों में, एक स्वर मेरा मिला लो ।
अर्चना के इन कणों, एक कण मेरा मिला लो ।।
पद्ध रीति पूजा याद नहीं है, क्या चढ़ाउफँ भेंट नहीं है,
जो भी है बस है तुम्हारा, ग्रहण करो इनको प्रभु जी ।।
पपद्ध जय पिता हे पुत्रा जय हो, पावन आत्मा तेरी जय हो,
दूतों के जय जयकारों, एक स्वर मेरा मिला लो ।।
सृष्टि है तेरी कविता, गाती है संतान तेरी,
सारी धरा पर गूँजती है, निशिदिन महिमा तेरी ।।
पद्ध झरने की कलकल भी, गाती है तेरी महिमा,
पंछी की गाते हैं, तू है कितना महान,
वन के सुमन भी विहँसते, करते हैं जय जयकार,
हो वंदना, हो वंदना सृष्टि के स्वामी प्रभु
सागर तेरा अंबर तेरा, तेरी जय जयकार ।।
तू विशाल है, तू महान है, तेरी सृष्टि सारा जहान है ।।
पद्ध तेरे गीत गाएँ जो भाव से,
उसे थामकर अनुभाव से,
करता तू उसपे दया, तू दयालु है तू सुजान है ।।
पपद्ध जो झुकायेगा यहाँ शीश को,
वही पायेगा आशीष को,
शांति वन है तेरा दर, प्रभु बस यही कल्याण है ।।
