Description: A special assembly was held on 5 th July, 2023 to pay homage to Fr. Stan Swamy,
S.J on his 2 nd death anniversary. Floral tribute was given by Fr. K.P. Dominic, S.J.,
Principal, Fr. Junas Kujur, S.J., Vice-Principal and co-ordinators.
Vashitwa Veer of Std. X D spoke about Fr. Stan Swamy, that how he dedicated his
entire life to fight for the rights of marginalized communities, especially the
Adivasi people in India.
In the assembly students spoke about peace and harmony. They explore an
incident that took place in Manipur and discuses the lessons we can learn from it.
At the end of the assembly Fr. Principal spoke about Fr. Stan Swamy’s life and
gave an inspirational note on peace, justice and harmony.
