Description: Social Science Exhibition 2018, was organised at St. Xavier’s High School, Patna. It was an artistic display of the talents, knowledge and creativity possessed by the students. The Exhibition was inaugurated by the honourable chief guest Mr. Akhileshwar Pandeya, Director of Senior Secondary School, Bihar. The Exhibition was well organised by the Social Science teacher’s. It was co-ordinated by Mr. John Paul (co-ordinator), Mrs. Martina Xavier, Mrs. Supriya Lucy, Mrs. Saroj Kullu, Mrs. Anupa Kujur and Mrs. Shagufta Parveen.
There was a great deal of enthusiasm shown by the students. It was a wonderful approach to the learning aspect. The students used thermocol, plants, rocks, clay, card board and paints for their creative ideas and splendid models.
The Students displayed a wide array of models and charts on various Social Science topics. The main attraction of the exhibition were the working models on environment and pollution. They also splendidly exhibited models on the Solar system, solar and lunar eclipses, the tools of the earliest people, the album making on stamp and coins collection and natural disasters.
The Students were judged on their creativity and were considered for their terminal assessments.
Overall, The Exhibition was well-organised under the guidance, supervision and encouragement of our respected Fr. Principal Fr. Christu Savarirajan, Vice Principal Fr. Devashish Prasad and the co-ordinator of Primary Section Sr. Phyllis. They have always been a source of information for all Students.
