Description: English Rhymes Recitation Competition
Kid zone 2019
L.K.G
Rhymes act as rhythmic energy for children who are growing up. They love to listen and recite poems with action. It develops confidence, pronunciation, spoken and listening skills.
English rhymes competition was held at St. Xavier’s High School for L.K.G kids of Kid zone on 22nd July 2019.
The programme was started with great enthusiasm . The children were very excited . They prepared very well. There were 112 participants. They displayed their talents. Many of them recited popular rhymes just like “Two Little hand” , “Rain Rain Go away”, ”Teddy Bear ” ,”Chubby Cheeks ” etc.
Fr. Principal Christu Savari Rajan S.J was present there . The event was judged by Mrs. Rita E. Osta , Mr. Anuranjan Ekka and Ms. Nidhi Singh. The effort and hard work of children were commendable.
Results of Rhymes Competition :-
L.K.G ‘A’ – 1st – Shashank Kumar, 2nd Dhorna, Riddhima , 3rd Md. Yamin Fasih.
L.K.G ‘B’ – 1st – Jinisha Keshwanii, 2nd Pratyakh Chandra , 3rd Ishita Ashish.
L.K.G ‘C’ – 1st – Rashmeet Kaur, 2nd Abhijeet Kumar , 3rd Zira Nand Kishore .
L.K.G ‘D’ – 1st – Shreyashi, 2nd Era Mishra , 3rd Aagrim Bharat, Ranvir Srivastava.
L.K.G ‘E’ – 1st – Sanskriti Shree, 2nd Ahilan Aakarsh , 3rd Samarth Mishra, Shaswat Prasad.
