Description: Raksha Bandhan is a festival in which, the relationship of love and affection between
brother and sister is celebrated.
KidZone organized a special Raksha Bandhan assembly followed by Rakhi making
activity on 16th August, 2024 (Friday) in Loyola Hall, to celebrated this auspicious bond.
A beautiful and informative assembly was conducted by KidZone children. Fr. Rector,
Fr. Principal, Fr. Vice Principal, Fr. Cebin and Fr. Bernard graced the occasion with their
presence. Our talented kids performed a lively dance on this joyous occasion. The dance showcased the spirit of Raksha Bandhan, with cute gestures and rhythmic movements of our tiny tots. The little angels of KidZone tied handmade Rakhis to all the fathers. They also put tilak, performed aarti and offered sweets to them. Fr. Rector warmly addressed the children, sharing the significance of this special festival.
Children also participated in making Rakhis, using colourful thread, flowers and gota
along with their teachers in the class room. At last, delicious laddoos were distributed to all the KidZone children. The sweet treat added joy to the celebration and this concluded the Raksha Bandhan celebration at school.
