Description: To enhance the confidence and speaking skills of the students. An English Story telling competition was held for the first time for U.K.G Students of KidZone on 27th July 2018.
“Life is an open book full of blank pages. You write the stories as you go”.
A Story adds emotion , characters and sensory details to plain facts. That’s why a story grabs us and delivers its key message powerfully. Everyone has a story to tell. We all remember stories from our childhood stories are all around us. Our lives are collection of stories. There are no fixed recipes for story, but there are several ingredients which have proven to work for thousands of years. Story telling is the art to tell stories in order to engage an audience. The story teller conveys a message, information and knowledge in an entertaining way.
The judges were Ms. Dolly, Mrs. Moni Singh and Mrs. Rajshree Narain. Many childrens participated from each sections. The students narrated the moral based stories, some also used props to make the stories interesting. Enthusiasm and passion of the students were also witnessed by the teachers and judges.
