Description: The Zonal level CISCE Inter-School Kabaddi Tournament -2024, was held on 9th July,2024. It was organized by St. Xavier’s High School, Patna. The tournament took place in three categories, i.e., Under- 14 category, Under-17 Category and Under-19 Category.
Winning is not everything, but the will to win is everything.
With this quote of Vince Lombardi, the tournament kicked off by Fr. Principal’s address in which he emphasized upon the importance of sports and encouraged all the players.
There were four teams each participating in Under-14 and Under-19 categories whereas seven teams participated in the Under-17 category.
After a thrilling day of matches, intense competition and outstanding display of skill and teamwork, it was the time for the declaration of the results.
The results of Zonal level CISCE Inter-School Kabaddi Tournament -2024 were:
Under -14 Category
Winner: St. Xavier’s High School
Runner-up: Nazareth Academy
Under-17 Category
Winner: St. Xavier’s High School
Runner-up: The Bishop Heritage School
Under-19 Category
Winner: St. Xavier’s High School
Runner-up: International School
The players who performed well were selected for the Regional level.
The tournament concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Fr. Principal. He acknowledged and appreciated the efforts, hard work, dedication and passion of all the players.
