Terms and Conditions:

St. Xavier's High School is a Christian Minority institution established and administered by the Jesuits (Members of the Society of Jesus) It was started in the year 1940 It is a co-education institution.

1. Admission is being open only for mentioned below classes in Bihar Board and ICSE. Cost of application form is Rs. 600/- (Non Refundable).

2. You must apply for only one Board.
3. Availing Application Form and applying does not guarantee admission to St Xavier's High School.

Since the number of applicants is expected to exceed the available seats, parents are advised to apply to other schools too.

1. All the Original Documents / Certificates must be produced at the time of admission
2. It is the responsibility of the parents to see that the Application Form is complete in all respect.

Incomplete / illegibly written / overwritten / lack of supportive documents or certificates will lead to rejection of Application Form. False documents / incorrect information found at any time, even after admission, will debar the candidate from getting admission or pursuing studies in the school.

1. Two passport size photos of the candidate and one passport size family photo (candidate with Parents) must be submitted with the Application Form.
2. All documents submitted at any time will become the property of the school and will not be returned.
3. No correspondence will be solicited regarding selection and admission of candidate. Any recommendation, use of influence (direct or indirect), offer of donation, etc. will lead to the cancellation of the Application Form / admission of the candidate.
4. The list of selected candidates will be announced on the school website www.stxavierspatna.in after entrance test.
5. Entrance test will be based on Maths, Science and English for repective classes.
6. If selected, admission must be taken within the time given for admission. If not the candidate will forfeit the chance for admission
7. School does not provide any transport facility.

Photostat copies of the following documents must be produced at the time of admission.

      (iii)  Photocopy of the School Identity Card if the sibling is studying in St. Xavier’s High School, Patna

      (iv)  Caste Certificate SC/ST/OBC

      (v) Alumni- 10^th Pass Certificate.

      (vi) Siblings ID card.

16- School Administration reserves the right to make amends to the admission procedure and admission schedule at any time.

  The registration Charge is INR 600/- . As the school is affiliated with ICSE and BSEB board, the registration will be open for both the Boards. As per admission terms and conditions, the candidate can apply only to a single Board.
